WORK SCOPE : DESLUDGING & DECANTER – 3 PHASE SEPERATION

Objective

Cleanliness of systems is paramount prior to production and certification of cleanliness is essential during the commissioning phase or shutdown of any project. System such as storage & floating tanks, waste water, oil recovery pits & remote impounding basin always required similar sludge desludging & separation system where else the men entry is limited due to LEL, VOC & H2S hazardous gases.

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR PIT/TANK DESLUDGING

FST MOU with EIS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES SDN BHD to provide wide range of industrial cleaning system which not only limited to tanks pits, pounds & reservoirs. The mechanism suitable for various dimensions, configurations, and viscosity of oil & sludge types. We also provide relevant mechanical equipment such as computerized decanter separation system, baffle combi units 20T 4units & screw pumps 15m³/hr, lobe pumps 163m³hr & power pack 240bar/2000Rpm to determine the completion of desludging process.

Four major activities as listed below explained in detail for better perspective on overall processes involved during project work execution.

DESLUDGING WORKS- Works involved in process of extracting the require sludge/sediment from PIT/TANKS by means transferring the sludge with utilization of several equipment (ie. Hydraulic lube pump, submersible pump, screw pump etc.)

SLUDGE TREATMENT- Works involved in process of introducing modern polymer into the extracted sludge for conditioning/ thickening sludge prior dewatering

DEWATERING- Process of separating water from conditioned sludge. In this case by using MORZ Z5-E 15-2-m³/hr bowl speed as mechanism for the separation of water.

DRUMMING/PACKAGING- Process of dried sludge packed in accordance to client requirement for disposal.
